  3. The Phillippe’s have always been in my prayers but this time in a different way. They are a second family to me and I pray that you can all get through this difficult time. Jeff’s brother Stephen aka “Philly” is a good friend of mine and I was fortunate to have gotten to know Jeff and call him a friend as well. Jeff was truly a great man. My nickname for him was Jeffro Maniac. He had an amazing personality, wild expressions and crazy thoughts. This is where the nickname came from. He was a special kinda guy. The kinda guy that would do anything for anyone whether he knew you for a day or 20 years. He had a heart of gold. I am extremely grateful to have known Jeff and thankful for the times I got to spend with him. It was always a good time no matter if we were doing something or just sitting down in his room talking about life or sports! Man, he had a different outlook on life which made for some interesting conversations haha. We are both Philadelphia sports fans. I enjoyed hanging out with him watching our favorite sports teams. I can’t say enough about his personality. There was no one like him and there never will be. Jeff, I hope you shine bright my friend and please watch over all of us. You were a blessing to my life and you will be deeply missed. I love you bro.

To Hoss, Maggie, Philly and Tim,

I am truly sorry that this happened and I am praying for all of you. Jeff was a great son, brother and friend who left an impact on each and everyone of us. 6. To the Phillippe family I send heartfelt thoughts that you will be able to help each other recover from the loss of your loved one. Even though I know Tim a little better I remember Jeff as the one of my son’s friends with the shy grin. Hold your memories dear. Prayers to you all, especially Margaret.
